"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are."
- Carl G Jung

Hi, I'm Tammy!

I'm so happy you're here. I'm in awe of the fact that together, we get to live on this precious planet to learn more every day about our connection to nature, others, and to ourselves. Healing lies in connection, and it's the most powerful and important journey we can take.

What does "healing journey" mean? Healing comes from the word for whole - it is the journey from feelings of lack to wholeness: the full expression of who we are, with love, acceptance and joy.

My passion is helping people find joy and deepen their experience of life by developing a greater awareness of who they are, why they are here, what feels true and good, and how they want to be of service in the world. Together, we connect, heal, discover your gifts and strengths, and find the courage to express your beautiful, authentic self.

I am a:

Why am I here?
What is my soul's purpose?
How can I remove blocks and enjoy more ease in my life and relationships?

Can you let yourself believe that the journey of your life is important and perfect, even when you are struggling and even when purpose feels like  a distant dream? And that you came into this life with a whole set of adventures, goals and planned lessons, and that there is no way to live your life "wrong"? You are already perfect, as you are. You are loved. And you are invited at any time to gain greater awareness and understanding of ALL of who you are and what you are here to do.

Your life is the greatest story you'll ever know.

I would love to:
- Help you become more intimate with your incredible life (and soul!) story
- Guide you to find your true, authentic voice, inner light, and expression in the world
- Help you connect with your highest and deepest alignment and purpose
- Tune into the wisdom of the Akashic Records to write you your "Heart Story" or personalized soul poem
- Help you tap into your intuition and innate healing wisdom, and navigate challenging times
- Work with you through distance or in-person energy healing sessions to help you replenish and recharge
